Investing in Eagle Feather: Enhancing Our Customers’ Experience
Creating a positive customer experience starts with more than great service—it also means providing clean, welcoming, and well-maintained spaces. As part of this commitment to service, TREDC is investing in improvements at Eagle Feather Trading Post (EFTP) to strengthen each store’s appearance, enhance customer comfort, and protect the long-term value of both locations.
At the Porterville store, a new exterior painting project is currently underway, helping refresh and enhance the overall appearance of the property. Additionally, a dog run is being installed to provide a clean, safe place for pets during customers’ travels and to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for those who wish to relax or picnic in the store’s outdoor area.
The EFTP Avenal location is also receiving a refresh, with restroom renovations currently in progress that will provide an improved experience for customers once completed. In addition, new landscaping has been completed, enhancing the store’s curb appeal and creating a more inviting environment.
“These improvements are part of TREDC’s ongoing commitment to maintaining its properties and investing in the places where customers shop and employees work,” said TREDC CEO Thomas E. Wilbur. “By continuing to upgrade and care for Eagle Feather facilities, we are creating a stronger customer experience while protecting and enhancing these important business assets for the future.”
TREDC will continue to evaluate additional improvements at both Eagle Feather locations as opportunities and needs are identified.
