The PRICE Program (Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement) is a grant funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The program provides financial assistance to help families on the Tule River Reservation repair or replace older or damaged manufactured homes.

Families who own and live in their manufactured home on the Reservation and meet program income requirements are eligible to apply. Manufactured homes built before 1976 are not eligible for repair and must be replaced. Recreational vehicles (RVs) are not eligible for repair or replacement under the program.

Tule River Economic Development Corporation (TREDC) & Tribal Council are applying for grant funding to help residents on the Tule River Reservation complete preservation, restoration, and maintenance of manufactured homes on the Reservation. The grant will also provide funding for the Down Payment Assistance Program & Earned Equity program.
