PRICE Community Q1 Update
The PRICE (Preservation & Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement) program continues to make steady progress in repairing and replacing manufactured homes in the Tule River community.
In Q1 2026, PRICE experienced some key milestone that included:
- All participating homeowners approved their repair or replacement plans
- Households were organized into project cohorts with Cohort 1 is expected to begin work in 2026, followed by additional phases in the coming years.
- The program has completed its environmental review and is currently awaiting final approval from HUD.
As the program transitions into the next phase, repair work is expected to begin first, followed by home replacements. Project teams will also coordinate logistics with participating households, including temporary lodging and storage support during construction.
The team appreciates the community’s continued participation and looks forward to moving into the construction phase in the coming months.
